 Spray On System!

This system is applied to an existing structurally sound concrete surface.

1. The area is cleaned and dried, then a base coat is applied to the concrete surface to ensure a uniform surface and colour.
2. Once the base coat is dry the stencil is secured to the area. Firstly the header and the feature patterns followed by the main stencil.
3. The coloured surface hardener mixed with an activator compound and resin polymer is then applied. Once dried the stencils are removed to reveal the pattern.
4. The area is then sealed to protect the surface from damage and colour fade and provide an anti-slip surface.

note: To keep your new surface protected and ensure the warranty remains it will need to be resealed every 18mths by us.
